This site will be all about the technology that I am using every day and the things I am doing with it and how I am doing it.  I hope to also get some how-tos for the home users written to keep your machine clean and safe from viruses and how to do some basic networking so you can keep your machine on the internet and keeping you safe.  There will also be articles about the System Administrating field which I am a big supporter of and a board member of the League of Professional System Administrators (LOPSA).

I have been working in the computer industry for the past 30 years.  From building to fixing them.  I have also been doing network design and administrating for the past 20 years.  It’s been an interesting 40 years watching things change and learning all the new technology, but it’s also been fun.  I work with Windows, Linux, Postfix, Exchange just to name a few.  I am always learning and playing with new technology for my job and to keep up in the know how.
